In light of our current closure due to COVID19 I will be posting a weekly virtual lesson recording and daily activities in my calendar at the bottom of my web page. These recordings and videos will help your child continue to learn at home. We know it can be challenging to keep students active minds engaged. These work are optional but highly recommended. Please use each link to browse the information and task assigned. In addition please ensure your child is reading daily and accessing MyOn/Lexia/StMath on our website through CLEVER.  Remember you can email me at anytime for assistance or clarification.

Beginning (April 20, 2020) we will be having virtual learning sessions for students to continue their learning. 

Parents will need to send me a message to indicate, you are giving your child permission to be in zoom sessions. Please send your permission message on Class Dojo or in an email at

Each session will begin at 11:40AM  and end at 12:40PM from Monday through Thursday with daily subject focus as listed

Zoom learning session protocols:

> ensure your child and those who may pass by video is properly attired.
> choose the most quite space to use during this session
>Only students who are apart of my class may join in the session
> Provide some guidance if possible for the first week until your child is familiar with the platform used.
> ensure students are prepared for the session with pencil,erasers and notebook or ruled sheets.

Virtual office hours
My virtual office hours will be on Fridays from 11:00 am to 12 noon. During this time you may call, set up a virtual meeting or email me should there be anything you want to discuss.  Please send an email or message prior to Friday so that I can schedule a time for us to talk.

Information to log in to clever is located in the hyperlink above:

  • Students should log on to Lexia on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 20 minutes.
  • Student should log on to ST Math on Thursday and Friday for 20 minutes.
  • Students should log on to MyOn each day for 20 minutes.
  • Independent Reading should be done daily for 20 minutes.

Students and families can email If they are in need of emotional support during this time. A school mental health professional will answer and offer virtual support to students/families to the best of their ability. Please note that this email is not to be used for emergency situations and it will not be monitored 24 hours a day. If a student is ever in an emergency situation he/she is encouraged to call 911.
