Fine Arts Night
On Tuesday, April 29th from 5:30-7:00pm, Neabsco will host our annual Fine Arts Night.  We invite all families to come out and celebrate the arts!  The 5th Grade strings and the Neabsco Star Singers will be performing in concert.  There will be a school-wide art show where students' art will be displayed throughout the building.  Feel free to wander the hallways and enjoy the masterpieces!  There will be an art scavenger hunt and prizes will be awarded the following day as a drawing to win one of two art kits!  See you there!!

The Multicultural committee wants to thank YOU for supporting our Multicultural Night!  We had a lot of families show up and enjoy foods from other cultures and learn about those cultures.  We are already thinking of ideas for next year's Multicultural Night!

Art Makes Connection Summer Program
Young Picassos and Rembrandts are invited to explore how “Art Makes Connections” this summer during the annual PWCS Summer Art Enrichment program. The program is open to all local-area students currently in grades 2–8. Teachers will lead students to enhance their skills and explore the visual arts through a community perspective. The program begins on Monday, July 7, and continues through Friday, July 18 at two locations, Benton Middle School and Marsteller Middle School. Hours are 9 a.m.–noon each day.

This intensive two-week program offers studio experiences beyond art instruction during the school year. Students will work with 2D and 3D media including drawing, painting, printmaking, textiles, ceramics, sculpture, and mixed media.
Attention Parents please continue to send in your box tops for education!! Our drop box is located in the front hallway, your child can drop them off or give them to their teacher. We appreciate your continued support!!
